Itinerary of the trip by BUS

Friday November 17th

We depart by private bus from Buenos Aires at various times (from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) heading for Puerto Iguazú. A few days before the trip, you will receive the departure confirmation by e-mail with the assigned time.

We will make a stop for dinner and then a few stops to go to the bathroom and stretch a bit 🙂

We recommend bringing something to eat since the places at which we stop tend to be quite expensive.

¹ SAN IGNACIO RUINS:

The San Ignacio Ruins, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984, are the remains of a civilization designed by Jesuits and built at the hands of the Guaraní people almost 400 years ago, which was renowned for its efficiency. Currently, San Ignacio is located in the Argentine province of Misiones, some 250km away from the port of Iguazú.  General rates: AR$ 1,000 pesos – Latin Americans: AR$ 850.00 pesos – Argentines or residents: AR$ 750.00 pesos

² TRIPLE BORDER: The place that we know today as the “Milestone of the Three Borders” (Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay) is where the Iguazú Falls originated 200 thousand years ago. The Iguazú River and the Paraná River flow and converge into the falls. This activity is included in the package.

³ IGUAZÚ: This city was a crucial foundation in the colonisation of the Province at the beginning of the 20th century. Today, it is one of the most important towns in Misiones. More than 60,000 inhabitants live in this tourist hub, where travellers visiting the Falls can find all kinds of services.
