Traveling with BAIS is not just about discovering the destination. It’s a fun-filled experience you’ll have throughout the entire journey, accompanied by hundreds of local and international exchange students in Buenos Aires.

We hope to reach a group of 451 students from different countries, from almost all the universities in the City and Province of Buenos Aires.

Of course! Our trips are designed for young people who want to enjoy themselves and have a good time. Although most of the students are exchange students, local students always join the trip.

The trip includes the round trip transfer from Buenos Aires to Mendoza by bus, 2 nights in a hostel with breakfast, internal transfers to the excursions, professional guides, professional photographers and continuous coordination.

The extra expenses that you will have during the trip will be the meals and the entrance tickets into the parks that we will visit.

The ticket price varies depending on whether you are a resident of Argentina, a tourist or if you belong to a MERCOSUR country.

The rooms are usually shared between 2 and 8 people. In case you have a group of friends who are on the same bus, you can ask to be together in the rooms. If you don’t know anyone, don’t worry, you will have the whole journey to Iguazú to meet new friends.

Of course! The main mission of the exchange student organisation is social integration, so if you don’t have friends going on the trip, you’ll have the opportunity to meet many people who will surely become your friends throughout the rest of your exchange.

There is no luggage weight limit but we recommend bringing a carry-on suitcase made of cloth, since the plastic ones can break.

There are two types of seats on the bus. The ones automatically included are semi-reclining seats. However, if you want to travel more comfortably, you can pre-book and, subject to availability, upgrade to a fully reclining seat by paying an additional fee. These seats are located on the lower level of the bus and recline almost completely.
